I'm Logan. I started Simmons Solutions to help founders and operators put AI to work in their businesses, without the hype and without handing over the keys to a tool they do not control.
Before this I worked in enterprise tech sales at Verkada. I have a B.S. in Business Management from Grand Canyon University, and I'm based in Arizona, working remote with clients anywhere.
Three years of daily AI use means I've run into every category of failure mode. Bad prompts, made-up tool calls, agents that loop, systems that drift after a model update. That history is where the judgment comes from, and it is the part you cannot get from a demo.
The work is plain-spoken and proof-first. I would rather tell you the truth about where AI helps and where it does not than sell you something that looks good in a slide and falls apart in your actual operation.

We start with a paid working session and walk through how your business actually runs. The goal is to find where AI creates real leverage, not to sell you a tool you do not need.
An honest recommendation, in writing
You get a clear written decision document that ranks the top opportunities by impact and effort. If the honest answer is that nothing is worth building yet, that is what it says.
Build only what earns its place
When there is something worth building, I build it and hand it over. You own it. No hype, no vendor lock-in, no monthly dependency on me.
