Terms of Service

You may browse, read, and share the Site for any lawful purpose. You agree not to use the Site to harm it, misuse forms or contact channels to spam or harass, attempt to break or probe its security, or scrape content at a rate that interferes with service for others. You must be at least 18 to buy anything through the Site.

The Simmons Take and similar tools on the Site use artificial intelligence to write their answers. Those answers are general information. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not professional, legal, financial, tax, or technical advice for your situation. Check anything important before you act on it. Decisions you make based on them are your own.

Please don't send confidential information through the Site's forms or tools, including names or contact details of your customers or employees, health or patient information, passwords, or payment details. You're responsible for having the right to share whatever you send.

We may use what you send to reply to you and to improve our services. We won't publish anything that identifies you or your business without your permission.

Prices are shown on the Site or at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, and by paying you authorize the charges for what you selected.

Website package. What's included is described on the page where you buy it. Work starts once we receive your details, such as photos, hours, and services, and we revise the site until you're happy with it. Because work on your site starts right away, payments for the website package are not refundable once work has begun. You confirm that you have the right to use any photos, logos, and text you give us.

Review Guard. If you start with a free trial, nothing is charged during the trial. Your first monthly payment is charged automatically to the card on file when the trial ends, unless you tell us by email before then that you want to stop, in which case you owe nothing. Monthly plans start with a 3-month initial term, which begins on the date of that first payment. If you cancel during the initial term, the remaining months of that term are still due and are charged to the card on file. After the initial term, your plan renews month to month until you cancel by email with 30 days' notice. Annual plans renew each year unless you cancel by email at least 30 days before the renewal date. Payments are not refunded except where your service agreement says otherwise.

Other systems. Pricing, any minimum term, and cancellation for other systems are shown on that system's page and set out in your service agreement.

Examples, figures, and statistics on the Site are illustrations or come from outside research. They are not a promise of what you will earn or save. Results depend on your business, your market, and how the work is used.

All writing, code, and designs on this Site are © 2026 Simmons Solutions LLC unless noted otherwise. You may quote reasonable excerpts with attribution. Systematic republishing or commercial redistribution requires written permission.

The Site relies on and links to services run by other companies, including Stripe for payments and Cal.com for booking. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we aren't responsible for how they operate.

Nothing on the public Site constitutes professional, legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation. Writing here reflects general opinions and patterns. Advice tailored to your business comes from working with us directly, not from the public Site.

The Site and its free tools are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Simmons Solutions LLCis not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you haven't paid us anything.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and continued use of the Site after that means you accept them. Changes don't alter the terms of a purchase you've already made.
