Copy this, paste it into ChatGPT, and add your own material underneath it.
Here is a review of my business, and here is what actually happened. Write a public reply under 60 words. Thank them, own the part that is on us, state the fix, invite them to contact us directly. No excuses. Do not repeat the complaint in detail.
Give it what actually happened. Without your side it writes a corporate apology for something you did not do.
What comes back
Short. Calm. Written for the next customer.

The one thing to watch
One review per message, not four at once. And never paste a customer's phone number, address or order details into it.
Silence reads as guilt.
