Here is a photo of my handwritten job notes. Type them out exactly as written. If a word is unclear, write [unclear] instead of guessing. Then list anything that looks like a task or a follow up.
The [unclear] line is not optional. Without it, it fills the gap with a confident invention.
What comes back
Typed notes. Then the part you needed.
A clean transcription, and under it the three follow ups that were sitting in the middle of a paragraph you were never going to reread.
The one thing to watch
Three uploads a day on free. Shoot the page flat, in daylight, one page per photo. A shadow across the middle costs you a whole upload.
